Uzbekistan UAE National Day Holiday Package 2026

📌 Fixed Departure Package: This is a fixed departure package, and all confirmed bookings are 100% non-refundable.
❌ Cancellations: Once the booking is confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted.
🔄 Amendments: No changes or amendments can be made after booking confirmation.

💳 Booking Confirmation: A 50% payment is required to confirm the booking.
📅 Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
⚠️ Payment Schedule: Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
❌ Non-Refundable: Any amount already paid will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled due to non-payment.

🛂 UAE Residence Visa: Travelers must present their original UAE residence visa, which should have at least 90 days of validity remaining at the time of entry into Uzbekistan.
📘 Passport Validity: The original national passport must be presented and should have at least 180 days of validity remaining.
⚠️ Travel & Refugee Documents: Holders of travel documents or refugee passports are not covered by these requirements. Even with valid UAE residency, they must obtain a sticker visa before traveling to Uzbekistan.

📅 Package Validity: This package is valid from 29 November to 02 December 2026.
👥 Group Operation: The package will operate as a group exclusively for Top Travel Trip.
🦠 Travel Restrictions: COVID-19 restrictions, PCR requirements, and other health guidelines may change without prior notice.
💰 Pricing: Package prices are based on current promotions and offers available at the time of booking confirmation.
💳 Booking Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed according to the applicable payment policy.
✈️ Flight Changes: Flight schedules, timings, delays, and other changes are subject to the airline’s policies and discretion.
🗓️ Itinerary: The itinerary is indicative and may be modified due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
🗣️ Optional Tours: For optional tours with fewer than 3 passengers, an English-speaking driver-guide may be provided.
🏨 Hotel Changes: If the selected hotel becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative accommodation of a similar category will be arranged.
🛏️ Room Requests: Adjoining, interconnecting, non-smoking, same-floor, and other specific room requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
🛌 Room Type: Double or twin room allocation is subject to hotel availability and the hotel’s discretion.
💵 Dynamic Pricing: Prices may change at any time based on availability, promotions, and applicable offers.
🕒 Hotel Timings: Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. Timings may vary depending on the destination and hotel availability.
🚌 Sharing Transfers: Guests must follow the scheduled timings for all shared tours and transfers. If a transfer is missed, Top Travel Trip will not be responsible, and any additional transportation costs will be borne by the guest.
💳 Security Deposit: The hotel may require an advance or security deposit at check-in. The refundable amount is subject to the hotel’s policy and may be adjusted for minibar usage, damages, late check-out, or other applicable charges.
🎟️ Attraction Tickets: Tickets for attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, and other activities are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
📘 Passport Validity: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return departure date. Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports and obtaining any required visas or re-entry permits.
🛂 Visa Requirements: Top Travel Trip is not responsible for last-minute changes to visa requirements, immigration regulations, or entry policies.
📄 Travel Documentation: Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents are complete, valid, and meet the destination’s entry requirements.
❌ Refunds: No refunds will be provided for air tickets or partially used services.
🛂 Passport & Visa Issues: Top Travel Trip will not be responsible if a passenger cannot travel due to passport, visa, or documentation issues. The applicable cancellation policy will apply from the original booking date.
🌡️ Hotel Temperature Control: Hotel cooling and heating systems operate according to local regulations and individual hotel policies.
⚠️ Force Majeure: The company will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including war, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or other force majeure events.
🔄 Changes & Refunds: Any changes, cancellations, credit vouchers, or refunds arising from such circumstances will be subject to the terms of the airline, hotel, and relevant suppliers.
🤝 Third-Party Services: Top Travel Trip has no control over services provided by airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or other third-party suppliers. Any service-related issues will be governed by their respective terms and conditions.

👥 Minimum Operating Strength: The package is subject to Minimum Operating Strength (MOS). If the minimum passenger requirement is not met, rates may be revised or the departure may be cancelled.
