Georgia UAE National Day Holiday Package 2026

📌 Fixed Departure Package: This is a fixed departure package, and all confirmed bookings are 100% non-refundable.
❌ Cancellations: Once the booking is confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted.
🔄 Amendments: No changes or amendments can be made after booking confirmation.

💳 Booking Confirmation: A 50% payment is required to confirm the booking.
📅 Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
⚠️ Payment Schedule: Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
❌ Non-Refundable: Any amount already paid will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled due to non-payment.

 UAE Citizens

UAE citizens can enter and stay in Georgia visa-free for up to one full year.

🪪 UAE Residents

UAE residents holding a valid UAE residence visa or residence permit may enter Georgia without a visa for up to 90 days within any 180-day period, subject to the applicable entry requirements.

📋 UAE Residence Visa Requirements

For visa-free entry, the UAE residence visa or Emirates ID must be valid on both the date of entry into and departure from Georgia. Travelers must also carry a valid national passport or other approved travel document.

Passport validity: The passport should be valid for at least 90 days.

Citizens of the following countries may enter Georgia visa-free based on a UAE visa or residence permit only if it is multiple-entry and has at least 1 year of validity remaining on the date of entry:

👥 Group Operation: The package will operate as a group exclusively for Top Travel Trip.

💰 Pricing: Package prices are based on current promotions and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
💳 Booking Confirmation: Bookings will be confirmed according to the applicable payment policy.
✈️ Flight Changes: Flight timings, delays, and schedule changes are subject to the airline’s discretion.
🗓️ Itinerary: The itinerary is indicative and may change due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
🗣️ Optional Tours: For optional tours with fewer than 3 passengers, an English-speaking driver-guide may be provided.
🏨 Alternative Accommodation: If the selected hotel becomes unavailable, accommodation will be arranged at a hotel of a similar category.
🛏️ Room Requests: Adjoining, interconnecting, non-smoking, and same-floor rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
🛌 Room Type: Double or twin room allocation depends on hotel availability and remains at the hotel’s discretion.
💵 Dynamic Rates: Prices are dynamic and may change at any time based on availability and ongoing promotions.
🕒 Hotel Timings: Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. Timings may vary by destination and hotel availability.
🚌 Shared Transfers: Guests must follow the scheduled timings for shared tours and transfers. If a transfer is missed, Top Travel Trip will not be responsible, and additional transportation costs will be borne by the guest.
💳 Hotel Security Deposit: The hotel may require a security deposit at check-in. The refundable amount is subject to hotel policy and may be adjusted for minibar usage, damages, late check-out, or other charges.
🎟️ Attraction Tickets: Tickets for attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, and other activities are not included unless specifically stated in the package inclusions.
📘 Passport Validity: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date. Travelers are responsible for maintaining valid passports and obtaining required visas or re-entry permits.
🛂 Visa Requirements: Top Travel Trip is not responsible for last-minute changes to visa requirements, immigration regulations, or entry policies.
📄 Travel Documents: Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents are complete, valid, and meet the destination’s entry requirements.
❌ Refunds: No refund will be provided for air tickets or partially used services.
🛂 Visa or Passport Issues: Top Travel Trip will not be responsible if a passenger cannot travel due to passport, visa, or documentation issues. The applicable cancellation policy will apply from the original booking date.
🌡️ Hotel Climate Control: Hotel cooling and heating systems operate according to local regulations and individual hotel policies.
⚠️ Force Majeure: The company will not be liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond its control. This includes war, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, and other force majeure events.
🔄 Changes & Refunds: Changes, cancellations, credit vouchers, and refunds arising from such circumstances are subject to the terms of the airline, hotel, and respective suppliers.
🤝 Third-Party Services: Top Travel Trip has no control over services provided by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third parties. Any service-related issues will be governed by their respective terms and conditions.
👥 Minimum Operating Strength: The package is subject to Minimum Operating Strength (MOS). If the minimum passenger requirement is not met, rates may be revised or the departure may be cancelled.
