📌 Fixed Departure Package: This is a fixed departure package, and all confirmed bookings are 100% non-refundable.
❌ No Cancellation: Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
🔄 No Amendments: Changes or amendments to confirmed bookings are not permitted.

💳 Booking Confirmation: 50% payment is required to confirm your booking.
📅 Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
⚠️ Payment Deadline: Failure to follow the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
❌ Non-Refundable: In case of cancellation due to missed payment deadlines, all amounts already paid will be non-refundable.

🛂 Visa on Arrival: UAE residents may be eligible to obtain a visa on arrival for a stay of up to 30 days, subject to the applicable entry requirements.
📄 UAE Residence Permit: The residence permit must be valid for at least 190 days from the date of arrival.
🛂 Passport Validity: The passport must remain valid for at least 180 days from the date of arrival.

👥 Group Operation: The package will operate as a group exclusively for Top Travel Trip.

💰 Package Pricing: Prices are based on current promotions and offers available at the time of booking confirmation.
💳 Booking Confirmation: Bookings will be confirmed according to the applicable payment policy.
✈️ Flight Schedule: Any flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes are subject to the airline’s discretion.
🗓️ Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is indicative and may change due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
🗣️ Optional Tours: For optional tours with fewer than 3 passengers, an English-speaking driver-guide may be provided.
🏨 Alternative Hotel: If the selected hotel becomes unavailable, accommodation will be arranged at a hotel of a similar category.
🛏️ Room Requests: Adjoining, connecting, non-smoking, or same-floor rooms cannot be guaranteed.
🛌 Room Type: Double or twin room allocation is subject to hotel availability and hotel discretion.
💵 Dynamic Pricing: Prices may change at any time based on availability, promotions, and applicable offers.
🕒 Hotel Timings: Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. Timings may vary by destination and availability.
🚌 Sharing Transfers: Guests using shared coaches must follow the scheduled departure times. If a transfer is missed, Top Travel Trip will not be responsible, and any additional transportation cost will be borne by the guest.
💳 Hotel Security Deposit: The hotel may request a refundable security deposit at check-in. Any applicable charges for minibar use, damages, late check-out, or other services may be deducted before refunding the balance.
🎟️ Attraction Tickets: Tickets for attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, and other activities are excluded unless specifically mentioned under the package inclusions.
🛂 Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return departure date. Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports and obtaining any required visas or re-entry permits.
📋 Visa Requirements: Top Travel Trip is not responsible for last-minute changes to visa requirements, immigration regulations, or entry policies.
📄 Travel Documents: Guests are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents are complete, valid, and meet the entry requirements of the destination.
❌ Refund Policy: No refund will be provided for air tickets or partially used services.
🛂 Visa & Passport Issues: Top Travel Trip will not be responsible if a passenger is unable to travel due to passport, visa, or documentation issues. The applicable cancellation policy will apply from the original booking date.
🌡️ Hotel Cooling & Heating: Hotel air-conditioning and heating systems operate according to the property’s policies and local regulations.
⚠️ Force Majeure: The company will not be liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including war, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or other force majeure events.
🔄 Changes & Refunds: Changes, cancellations, credit vouchers, and refunds arising from such circumstances are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, and respective suppliers.
🤝 Third-Party Services: Top Travel Trip has no control over services provided by airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or other third-party suppliers. Any service-related issues will be handled according to their respective terms and conditions.
👥 Minimum Operating Strength: The package is subject to Minimum Operating Strength (MOS). If the required passenger count is not reached, rates may be revised or the departure may be cancelled.
