The Preparation for the Excitation

On the day of your reservations, travel to the Desert Drop Zone. From arrival registration until the last landing, the entire trip will take three to four hours. A seat on one of SkyDubai’s planes will be reserved for you once the registration and waiver forms have been completed and your BMI has been determined for safety purposes.

Completing the registration, health check, and basic instructions will take about two hours. Your instructor will walk you through the skydiving, give you a safety lecture and explain the optimum positions for the upcoming free fall half an hour before you board the aircraft. You’re all set to go once you put on your harness!

Explore the Dubai Sky

Get on the plane and begin your journey. You get the opportunity to take in the breath-taking sights of the ocean of sand below as you rise. You will be tethered to the front of your instructor and checked examined again before jumping from the aircraft just before you reach exit height, which is a staggering 13,000 feet or 4,000 meters, during the 20-minute flight up. After that, take pleasure in a 60-second freefall! As you do, remember to smile for the camera. After your parachute finally deploys at 6000 feet, you will have a rather calm parachute journey for up to five minutes, giving you time to orient yourself and take in the breathtaking sights of the surroundings as you make your way down.

The rest is better experienced than described, but we promise you won’t soon forget it!

Important Information

• The passengers’ passport names and the names they have on file for the skydiving adventure must match. Following booking processing, any name changes will incur a fee of AED 300 per name, which must be paid at check-in.
• For this activity, it is advised that you dress comfortably and athletically and use sport shoes or trainers.
• You won’t be able to get a refund for the transfers if the location cancels your Skydive experience for operational reasons less than six hours before your scheduled time.

Limitations

• Participation in this activity is prohibited for guests who are 18 years of age or younger, women who weigh more than 90 kg/198 pounds, women with a BMI higher than 27.5, males who weigh more than 100 kg/220 lbs, and men with a BMI higher than 30.
• You must abstain from alcohol, drugs, and scuba diving for 24 hours prior to the start of your trip.
• Guests with epilepsy, fits, severe head injuries, frequent blackouts or giddiness, brain or nervous system disease, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction are not eligible for the experience.
• When you check in on the day of your skydive, a member of the Skydive Dubai crew will weigh you while you are wearing your shoes and clothing.
• The Skydive Dubai staff at the registration counter will examine participants’ weight and body mass index (BMI) to make sure they don’t exceed the maximum safety standards while wearing apparel and athletic shoes. You will not be allowed to skydive if these figures are higher than what we require.
• On the day of the encounter, each participant must have a valid photo ID with them, and they must sign a waiver form.
• In bad weather circumstances, the flight might not happen. You can check the status of your flight using the information on your confirmation voucher if you are concerned about the weather on the day of your excursion.

There will be no exceptions because these are manufacturer and legal limits that are in place for safety reasons.

Timings

• Sun–Wed: 8 a.m.–2 p.m.
• On December 26 and January 1, this experience won’t be accessible.
• From arrival registration to the last jump, the entire event takes three to four hours to finish.
• Your flight’s final time slot may differ by 60 to 90 minutes from the time slot you chose at checkout, depending on availability.
• If you fail to arrive at the start time, the service provider has the right to levy a 100% no-show fee.

• To prevent any delays, please arrive at the attraction fifteen minutes before to the time of your visit.
