Recently available to the public, Qasr Al Watan is a presidential palace tucked away in Abu Dhabi. The palace’s design represents both its legacy and its future goals, making it one of the best examples of Arabic architecture and craftsmanship. Archaeology, history, heritage, memoirs, biographies, human and social sciences, statistics, administration, culture, literature, the arts, and more are all covered in the palace’s own library. Additionally, it includes two gift shops: one at the palace building and one at the Visitors Centre. The palace’s light and sound show, which illustrates the development and history of the United Arab Emirates as a nation, is one of its main draws. The past, present, and future are the three acts that make up this performance.

It is advised to dress respectfully when visiting the palace. Shoulders and knees should be covered.

What is prohibited

It is not allowed to eat or drink in the display rooms or the main hall.
Pets are not permitted to attend this event due to venue constraints.
Penknives and knives of any sort, scissors, long umbrellas, paints and aerosols, bicycles, folding bikes, roller skates or skateboards, big luggage that don’t fit through airport-style security scanners, CS gas (tear gas), and any weapon are all prohibited.
It is not allowed to re-enter.
