Getting going

For expedited entrance, show your ticket at the premium desk when you arrive at Ain Dubai on Bluewaters Island. Before boarding your shared cabin, you will be greeted in the lounge following a quick security check.

What is prohibited

• Food and beverages from outside are not allowed inside the venue.
• Only if stated in your ticket type (e.g., Premium with Bubbly or House Beverage/Cocktail) are alcoholic beverages permitted.
• For security reasons, large bags, suitcases, and big luggage are prohibited.
• Except for approved assistance animals, pets are not allowed.

Extra Details

• Children under three are free to enter, but they need an adult to accompany them.
• Adult tickets are for those who are 12 years of age or older, while child tickets are for those who are 3 to 12.
• Children under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult who is at least twenty-one years old.
• Please be advised that group cabin assignments could change depending on availability.
• In order to board the next available cabin, guests must wait in line. It is not allowed to skip lines.
• Depending on current health and safety requirements, the number of guests allowed per cabin may fluctuate. Except for private cabins, the typical maximum capacity is 40 people.
• The size and quantity of bags, backpacks, luggage, and similar goods that are allowed on board may be restricted in order to guarantee adherence to health and safety requirements.

• At the ticket redemption location, please present a valid photo ID and the QR code from your mobile voucher.
• Please bring a valid photo ID for verification if you have purchased tickets at a discounted price.
• To avoid any delays, please be sure to arrive thirty minutes prior to the start of your trip.

Getting There

Ain Dubai is situated on Bluewaters, across from Caesar’s Palace Bluewaters Dubai, and close to other popular tourist destinations in Dubai. We strongly advise making reservations in advance to prevent disappointment; however, the ticket office is situated at the foot of Ain Dubai.

From Dubai:

• Take the Sheikh Zayed Road E11 in the direction of Abu Dhabi.
• Leave toward Al Azraq Street at intersection 31.
• Observe the Ain Dubai/Bluewaters signs.

From Abu Dhabi:

• Proceed to Dubai via the E11 Sheikh Zayed Road.
• Garn Al Sabkha St/D59 E is the exit at intersection 29.
• Join Garn Al Sabkha St./D59.
• Observe the Bluewaters/Ain Dubai signs.
