You will be given thermal clothes to keep warm when you arrive. Put on your thermal clothing, which includes a cap, woollen gloves, shoes and socks and a hooded parka. Spend a few minutes in the buffer zone region so your body can get used to the low temperature, which will drop to 5 degrees Celsius.
