Cancellation:
For uncontrollable causes, such as bad weather, equipment failure, governmental regulations, or force majeure, Royal Eagle & Rentals has the right to postpone or cancel the yacht charter trip.

The Dubai Coast Guard requires that you carry your ID card and passport.
Return Guidelines:
If we have to cancel the charter trip for any reason that is beyond of our control, such as a natural disaster, governmental restrictions, or force majeure, you will receive your money back. Another option is to put it off to an other day.
