Immerse yourself fully in these virtual worlds, particularly when real-world props are used. The park’s two floors house activities in a variety of genres, including action, horror, adventure, and many more. For example, the “Burj Drop” is a very exhilarating experience that allows you to feel as though you are falling along the walls of the Burj Khalifa. Adventure seekers will love Dune Bash, an off-roading adventure, and the futuristic sky-driving “Dubai Drone.” More family-friendly attractions are also available at the park, such as “VR Sports” and “RobocomVR,” which let you play virtual sports and explore space.

• Only one individual may use the pass on the same day. Retail, F&B, and arcade games are not covered.
• Each ride on Play DXB can only be accessed once; repetition is not permitted.
• The non-negotiable digital gate card cost for guests at Play DXB is 5 AED.
• Every ride and attraction has standard weight, height, and age requirements.
• Adults should be at least 120 cm tall, while children should be under 120 cm.
• During the tour or attraction visit, children must always be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
• A guardian is required to accompany visitors who are between 0.9 m (3 ft) and 1.4 m (4.6 ft) tall in order to use the trampoline and soft play area.
• The nearest parking lot for PLAY DXB is located on floor 7 of Reel Cinema.
• The attractions’ minimum height restrictions are:
• Dubai Drone: 1.1 m (3.6 ft) is the minimum height. No upper limit on height.
• Burj Drop: 1.0 m (3.3 ft) is the minimum height. With an adult supervision, guests 1.0–1.19 m (3.3–3.9 ft) can ride. Riders who are 1.2 to 1.9 m (3.9 to 6.2 feet) alone are permitted.
• Speedway: 0.9 m (3 ft) is the minimum height. With an adult supervision, guests 0.9 to 1.19 m (3 to 3.9 feet) can ride. Visitors who are 1.2 m (3.9 ft) or taller can ride alone.
• Paradrop: 1.1 m (3.6 ft) is the minimum height.
• Sphere: As long as the VR headset fits the visitor’s head snugly, there are no height limits.
• Magic Bike: 0.9 m (3 ft) is the minimum height. With an adult supervision, guests 0.9 to 1.19 m (3 to 3.9 feet) can ride. Visitors who are 1.2 m (3.9 ft) or taller can ride alone.
• Play Zone: 0.95 m (3.1 ft) is the minimum height. Visitors between 0.95 and 1.09 meters (3.1 and 3.6 feet) need an adult supervision. Visitors who are between 1.1 and 1.5 m (3.6 and 4.9 ft) can go alone.
• Dune Bash: 1.1 m (3.6 ft) is the minimum height.
• The minimum height for a flying chair is 0.95 meters (3.1 feet). A maximum elevation of 1.55 meters (5.1 feet).
• Stealth: 1.05 m (3.4 ft) is the minimum height. With an adult supervision, guests 1.05 to 1.19 m (3.4 to 3.9 ft) can ride. Visitors who are 1.2 m (3.9 ft) or taller can ride alone.
• Drifter: 1.1 m (3.6 ft) is the minimum height. With an adult supervision, guests 1.1 to 1.19 m (3.6 to 3.9 ft) can ride. Visitors who are 1.2 m (3.9 ft) or taller can ride alone.
• The minimum height for the XD Dark Ride is 0.95 meters (3.1 feet). No upper limit on height.

How Can I Get There?

• By Bus: To get to the mall, use either route 27 or route 29. For both routes, a bus should run every sixteen minutes.
• By Metro: To get to the mall by metro, get off at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall stop. From there, you can walk to the mall along the Metro Link Bridge, which has stunning views of Downtown Dubai, or take one of the buses that run there.
