Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered infants, and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged the child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as adults and charged adult rate.

• Guests with backaches should avoid the dune bashing sport.
• When booking transfers, please keep in mind that pickups will only be done from Dubai hotels or houses, not the airport itself.
• Pick-up from locations other than Dubai hotels and residences is available upon request and at an additional cost.
• Shared transports are provided from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed up to Marina.
• Sharing transfer times can be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes according to the journey schedule, depending on traffic and location.
• Guests are not allowed to visit the dunes at night. However, morning dune access is permitted.
• Outside alcohol and personal snacks are forbidden.
• Loud music is not permitted after 1:00 a.m. to promote peace and quiet.

The package includes return transfers, dune bashing, camel riding, BBQ dinner, entertainment, overnight camping, breakfast, tea, and coffee.
