• For all cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time, NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• A private car booking is required if traveling with children under 5 years old
• Children’s age range is 5 to 11 years old.
• Children above the age of 12 will be considered adults and charged an adult rate.
