For non-group bookings, cancellations that occur a minimum of 72 hours before the flight incur no cancellation fee, but cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled flight departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancelation fees are subject to different deadlines for group bookings. In the event of flight cancellations due to weather, your full refund will be returned within 7-10 days. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the operator, and changes will be communicated when appropriate.
General Information: Early in the morning, balloon flights take place, with schedules modified to coincide with sunrise. For confirmation and pickup information, the reservation team will get in touch with you the day before the trip between 12 and 9 p.m. Four-wheel drive vehicles that are appropriate for desert driving are used for transfers. Upon completion, a Certificate of First Flight will be given, and every flight complies with GCAA safety regulations. Wearing comfortable attire and paying attention to the pilot’s safety instructions are crucial during the trip.
