While not required, reservations are highly recommended. You may have to wait for a flight to arrive or reserve one for later in the day if you arrive at the heliport without a reservation. We recommend making a reservation at least 3 days in advance because there is not much availability. As demand is high during peak times, we recommend making reservations further in advance for these times.

Should inclement weather necessitate a change to your flight, we would strongly recommend making your reservation as early as possible in your trip.

Children aged two or older may travel and must purchase a ticket as required. Children under the age of two are not permitted on the helicopter. Children who are younger than twelve must have an adult with them when traveling and are not allowed to fly alone.

You can fly at any time of the day based on visibility. Since visibility is different, we usually suggest planning around your schedule. Keep in mind that the sun goes down earlier in the winter, so that could affect the trip.

Nearly all of our flights are at capacity. The only way to guarantee a private trip is to book a private flight on our website. This is less expensive than buying six (Exclusive) or seven (Exclusive 7 Seats) individual tickets.

Seeing Dubai from above in a helicopter is a wonderful experience with amazing views. However, if you are nervous around flying, heights, or enclosed spaces, this might not be the best option for you.

We may be able to operate the flight even if visibility is limited. We may be forced to cancel flights due to poor visibility. We will do our best to keep you informed as soon as we know if your flight will be canceled, but due to the unpredictable weather in Dubai, it may be a last-minute information call. We will do our best to reschedule your flight. If you purchased your ticket through Royal Eagle Tourism, you will receive a full refund if a new date cannot be agreed upon.

To ensure you, the client, have the best service and views possible, we will cancel a flight and reschedule if we think the visibility is going to make you unhappy. If the guest requests a full refund, they will receive a full refund.

If you must cancel your flight, you must contact our office by phone at 971507774794 or by email at least 48 hours in advance. You will be assessed a 50% cancellation cost if you cancel your flight between 48 and 24 hours, and a 100% cancellation fee if you do so within 24 hours. If you get in touch with us more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time, you can reschedule your flight for free.

Yes, you can park your vehicle directly in front of the terminal building.

Check-in for all passengers must begin no later than forty-five minutes before departure. We unfortunately reserve the right to depart as scheduled and accept no responsibility for missed flights for passengers arriving late.

In order to ensure that we depart on time with all of our flights, please check in a minimum of forty-five minutes before the departure time for your scheduled flight. If you are late for check-in, we may not have you on board, and you risk missing your flight. While we may not guarantee you will be able to fly, we will always do our best to accommodate you on a later flight if available. The weights of each guest aboard the flight ultimately dictate the seating plan in the helicopter. You can reserve a seat, but we cannot guarantee a seat in advance.

Sharing:

Passengers who weigh more than or nearly as much as the 110 kg weight limit for each seat will need to add or purchase an additional seat because of the aircraft’s weight and balance limits per passenger per seat. We cannot provide a tour if a seat belt extender is required.

Exclusive/Private:

The maximum weight limit per flight is 450 kg due to the weight and balance restrictions of that aircraft.

Although our pilots will do their utmost to answer any questions you may have and will point out important places, their main purpose is to ensure you are safe in flight.

Taking personal photos from the heliport to the helicopter (and back) is not allowed because of safety considerations. You may take personal photos when you are in the helicopter. After your tour, we will take your photo in front of the helicopter, and you can obtain the photo as a print or digital.

You are only permitted to take cameras, cell phones, and sunglasses on the helicopter. All of your other bags, hats, and scarves can be stored in a free locker.

We are happy to accept reservations from guests with disabilities as long as they are traveling with a companion capable of assisting them in getting on and off during their stay.

We prohibit bringing flammable liquids, explosives, firearms, hazardous materials, or flammable foods and beverages on our helicopter trips.
