• Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• All the visa approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• Royal Eagle Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer’s entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline, Royal Eagle Tours cannot be held liable for the same.
• If an airline modifies or cancels a flight for whatever reason, Royal Eagle Tours will not be held responsible.
• Cancellation due to a pandemic resulting in Force Majeure, as well as cancellation owing to a lockdown in the country of destination resulting in flight cancellation, shall be governed by the airline’s and hotel’s respective cancellation and refund policies. Royal Eagle Tours will make every effort to receive the biggest return possible.

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your intended departure; otherwise, we will charge you the cancellation price listed below.
• If you do not notify us of your cancellation (or any modifications to the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your intended departure, we will charge you 50% of the entire fee.
• If you cancel or do not show up within two days before your scheduled departure, you will be charged 100% of the total fee.

• A booking fee of AED 1300 per person is payable at time of booking.
• The balance payment must be made 30 days before departure; otherwise, the services may be released.

• UAE residents with a valid residence visa can receive a free, hassle-free visa upon arrival in Georgia.
