All Cancellations made 6 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If Cancellation made within 6 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Important: If you have already used the tickets at the venue, cancellation will not be possible. Once the tickets are used, they become non-refundable.

Child Policy

Children aged 2 and under may enter the Yas Island Theme Parks for free and do not require an admission ticket or reserved space.
Individuals aged 3 and above must hold a valid, paid admission ticket to gain entry.

To board the shuttle bus, guests must show their Ferrari World E-tickets.
There are ATMs scattered throughout the park and on the Plaza level close to the Park entrance.

Flying Aces will not be accessible from January 6 to January 24.
From February 20 to March 21, Formula Rossa Junior will not be available.

For the time being, Roof Walk Experience is closed.

The shuttle bus is free, however passengers must show their Ferrari World e-tickets or vouchers in order to join.
There is no need for a reservation in advance; the shuttle bus runs on a first-come, first-served basis.
