Confirmation Vouchers and Travel Documents

• You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of making the payment.
• Flight tickets, hotel/land vouchers, and travel insurance will be provided to you 48 hours before departure.
• Please bring your original trip documentation, such as a valid passport with a valid UAE resident permit, an Emirates ID card, hard copies of your flight ticket, a hotel and land confirmation voucher, travel insurance, and any other relevant paperwork.
• You are requested to check in online before to leaving.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before departure – AED 1600
• 30 to 21 days before travel – 75%
• 21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90%
• 5 to 0 days before the departure date – 100%

Important note

• Rooms and pricing are dependent on availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares can change at any time. Your earliest confirmation is greatly appreciated.
• The hotel’s check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. To assure early check-in, accommodations must be reserved the night before with the appropriate rates. Late checkout is based on availability.
• All visa approvals and rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the relevant authorities.
• We operate as facilitators for travel arrangements and are not responsible for allowing or denying customer entrance to any nation. The decision is entirely up to the embassy or airline in question. We cannot be held liable for this.
• As a travel operator, we are not liable for any modifications or cancellations made by the airlines.
• Cancellations due to natural disasters or pandemics that cause Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination, resulting in flight or hotel cancellation, will be subject to the airline’s, hotel’s, and other return policies. We will make every effort to receive the maximum return possible.

• If tours or tickets are cancelled after they have been booked, 100% of the charges will apply.

• A booking fee of AED 1600 per person is payable at time of booking.
• The balance payment must be made 30 days before departure; otherwise, the services may be released.

• For Indian Nationality. 1 month valid Emirates ID, and for other nationalities, a 3 month valid Emirates ID is required for visa on arrival in Uzbekistan.
