• You can get a complete refund if you cancel up to 48 hours in advance, however there will be transfer fees.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or don’t show up, you will be charged 100%.
• The same card that was used to make the reservation will get the refund amount.
• We reserve the right to abruptly cancel the activity or tour without charging the guest in the event of bad weather or other uncontrollable outside circumstances. In these situations, a complete refund will be issued or the tour or activity may be rescheduled.
