Dress Code

Although Kidzania does not have any dress code limitations, your children’s attire should be appropriate for the activity they wish to participate in. To ensure their enjoyment, students are urged to dress appropriately for the events. When participating in the events, wear comfortable, casual clothing.

Infrastructure

• Locker Services: Kidzania Dubai provides its guests with locker services so they may store their belongings and enjoy the park hassle-free.
• Baby Strollers: Baby strollers have their own parking space. Kindly get in touch with the information counter.
• Parents can relax at the Parent’s Lounge, which offers free WIFI, a TV lounge, and a cafe, while the kids engage in various activities.

Rules and Guidelines

• Make sure the child is accompanied by an adult while in Kidzania.
• Unless otherwise specified, the admission ticket is only good for games and activities and cannot be used for other services like food, parties, photo or video services, etc.
• When you enter with your child, you must choose between the business or business plus package; be aware that there is an additional fee for any additional people that accompany the child.
• Kidzania allows children above 120 cm in height to be left alone, but they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for “check-in.”
• Children cannot momentarily leave Kidzania once they have entered because reentry is prohibited there.
• Chewing gum and smoking are prohibited within Kidzania; if caught, you will face severe consequences from the personnel.
• Make sure that pets and outside food and drink are not permitted at Kidzania.
• Since parents are not permitted inside Kidzania, a parent lounge has been established where adults may watch TV, use free wifi, and get refreshments from a cafe.
• Since Kidzania is not liable if your child disappears, parents or guardians should never leave their children unattended at the ticket booth or else.
