Get away from the heat of the desert and visit the Chillout Lounge, the first ice lounge in the Middle East, which has ice sculptures, ice seats, and freezing temps! You will be given thermal clothes to keep warm when you arrive. Put on your thermal clothing, which includes a cap, woollen gloves, shoes and socks and a hooded parka. Spend a few minutes in the buffer zone region so your body can get used to the low temperature, which will drop to 5 degrees Celsius.

Admire the creative use of refrigeration, lighting, and architecture during your one-hour visit. • Infants younger than one year old should not be brought inside the lounge, though this is up to the parents.
• During the tour or attraction visit, children must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
• All visitors will receive thermal apparel. Since thermal trousers are not provided, it is advised that you wear apparel that covers your legs. Additionally, there is a buffer zone in the lounge where visitors are encouraged to spend two to three minutes getting used to the freezing temperatures.
