• We have not reserved the hotels for the aforementioned trip. If the same hotel/s are not available, we will provide similar ones.
• Royal Eagle Tours reserves the rights to adjust or amend the itinerary based on the on-ground scenario.
• All transfers will be used on a point-to-point basis.
• The hotel’s regular check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.
• Guests would have to pay tourism dirhams locally in the hotels.
• These are fixed departure packages, therefore tours and transportation will be shared, unless the private option is selected.
• Your flight should arrive before 4 p.m. on day one, so you may do the evening cruise.
• Room type will be prioritised (basic category of the hotel); if not available, a comparable hotel will be offered.

Cancellation Policy

• If tours or tickets are cancelled after they have been booked, 100% of the charges will apply.

• The total hotel cost must be paid at the time of booking.
• The balance payment must be made 21 days before departure; otherwise, the services may be released.
• Confirmation Vouchers and Travel Documents
• You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours of making the payment.
• A hotel/land voucher and travel insurance will be provided to you 48 hours before departure.
• Please bring your original trip documentation with you, such as a valid passport, hard copies of your aircraft tickets, hotel and land confirmation vouchers, vaccination certificates, PCR tests, travel insurance, and other relevant paperwork.
• You are required to check in online before to departure.

• This package will include a 30-day Dubai tourist visa. You will be needed to furnish the documentation necessary to process the VISA. Our agent will contact you after the booking to begin the Visa procedure.
