A Day With Dolphin (Khasab Full day Dhow Cruise)

Join us on a one-of-a-kind experience as we take you on a traditional dhow voyage around the Indian Ocean and Persian Gulf, exploring the Norway of Arabia-Oman’s Musandam Khasab. Explore azure waters in our traditionally decorated Omani wooden dhows, passing through a breathtaking fjord (Khor) surrounded by spectacular mountains and calm, remote white-sand beaches. At the fjord’s entrance, our guests can enjoy dolphin viewing. The Dhow will moor at Telegraph Island and Seebi Island, allowing passengers to swim and snorkel in clear seas. We supply soft beverages, fresh fruits, coffee/tea, and lunch onboard to ensure a full day of fun.

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

09.45 AM: Arrival in Khasab

When you arrive in Khasab, meet our representative at the dock. They will manage all details and direct you to the dhow boarding place.

10.00 AM: The cruise starts from Khasab Harbor

Take a traditional Omani dhow ride from Khasab port to discover the Musandam Fjord and its exciting views and activities.

10.30 AM: Khor Sham

The inlet is tranquil, secluded, and bordered by tall mountains. This lagoon spans 17 km. While travelling to Telegraph Island, take in the stunning Musandam fjords shoreline, isolated beaches, and dolphins. View the splendour of the fishing villages in Khor Sham from the dhow.

10.40 AM: Dolphin View

Our expert captain will handle the dhow to bring you as near to the dolphins as possible once you approach the fjord. Dolphins swim beside your traditional dhow in the peaceful waters of the fjords, demonstrating their speed, elegance, and strength.

11:00 AM: Reach Nadifi

This is the first village in the Musandam fjords, with approximately 100 residents. The majority of the residents here are fisherman. Because there is no land access to the village, the majority of its residents possess small speed boats. An unusual detail about the location is that the youngsters commute to school by boat.

11.15 AM: Reach Qanaha

Qanaha is one of Khor sham’s smallest fishing villages, with approximately 50 residents. The town is known for its unique stone buildings. Visitors cannot visit the fishing communities, but can view them from the dhow.

11:30 AM: Reach Maqlab

Maqlab is a picturesque mountain village whose inhabitants rely on goat-herding and fishing as their primary source of income. With only a few dwellings and lush foliage, it’s a small but charming community.

11:50 AM: Telegraph Island 1st Swimming & Snorkeling stop

Once the dhow arrives at the famous Telegraph Island, it will anchor there for our guests to enjoy swimming in the pure, crystal-clear water, and, if desired, snorkelling.

01.00 PM: Lunch on board

A delicious traditional Omani meal will be served. The meal contains Biryani Rice, Chicken or Fish Fry, Quboos and Hamoos, Veg Saloona, Dal, Green Salad, and Pickle.

01.30 PM: Saling to Seebi Island

We’ll leave for Seebi island at 1:30 p.m., right after lunch.

02.00 PM: Seebi Island 2nd Swimming & Snorkeling Stop

The swimming and snorkelling adventures do not end there. We’ll anchor at Seebi Island to swim and snorkel. Explore the crystal-clear waters, home to multicolored fish and breathtaking views of the depths. The water is so clean, you can see the bottom of the ocean.

03.00 PM: Second Dolphin Sightings

Our guests will continue their tour by sailing from Seebi Island to Sham. On the journey, there is a chance to see dolphins again.

04.00 PM: Blissful end to a magnificent trip

The trip’s eventual endpoint is Khasab Port. The trip continues, and the best memories endure throughout life. We hope to welcome you back soon to embark on new experiences.
