A ‘Customer’ includes all individuals listed on the booking form intending to travel with us. A ‘Product’ refers to any service offered by Royal Eagle Tourism LLC (hereafter referred to as Royal Eagle). By confirming a booking, customers agree to have read, understood, and accepted all booking conditions. To confirm a booking, complete disclosure of all payments is required. A contract between the customer and Royal Eagle Tourism LLC is formed once we confirm the booking in writing and issue a confirmation.
The person signing the booking form (incorporating these terms and conditions) guarantees they have full authority to act on behalf of all named individuals and confirms that all individuals are aware of and understand these terms and conditions. This contract is subject to UAE law and the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts. No employee or representative of Royal Eagle is authorized to alter, waive, or vary these terms, nor assume liability on behalf of the company unless authorized in writing by the CEO of Royal Eagle Tourism LLC. Royal Eagle reserves the right to decline any booking without explanation.

Certain airfares and land arrangements may require full payment at the time of booking and may include a 100% refund policy upon cancellation. Customers will be notified during booking if this applies. Travel arrangements are not confirmed until written confirmation is issued.
Royal Eagle reserves the right to adjust product pricing prior to confirmation due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to government actions, transportation cost increases, and changes in taxes, admission fees, or hotel rates. Advertised prices may also vary due to seasonal changes and exchange rates. Payments can be made via bank transfers, VISA, or MasterCard.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. If the booking is not accepted, the charged amount will be refunded.
Royal Eagle offers secure payment options through leading providers like Stripe, supporting major credit cards, digital wallets, and various international payment methods.
Royal Eagle does not offer products or services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law. Payments can be made online using VISA or MasterCard in AED or USD. Transactions made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Viator, Getyourguide) must be addressed to the respective provider.
Tourism Dirham fees are applicable and will be charged upon hotel check-out in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. Rates vary based on government regulations.
These terms may be updated without prior notice. The terms valid at the time of booking will apply.
Royal Eagle reserves the right to cancel bookings under exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure). Customers will receive a full refund or an alternative option if a booking is canceled. Cancellation fees apply as follows unless specified otherwise:
Royal Eagle reserves the right to exclude customers from activities if they do not meet eligibility requirements or pose risks to others. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Comprehensive health insurance is strongly recommended, especially for activities categorized as extreme sports.
Royal Eagle is not responsible for any damage, loss, accident, or injury during activities. Customers must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for participation.
Clients can request booking changes, subject to availability and administrative fees. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days, depending on the mode of payment.
Refunds are subject to terms outlined during booking. Once hotel reservations are confirmed, substitutions may occur based on availability.

Royal Eagle Tourism L.L.C uses media (including images and videos) supplied by third-party vendors, travel partners, destination management companies (DMCs), and suppliers.
We do not claim copyright ownership of all images used on the site.
