Royal Eagle Tourism LLC – Return/Cancellation Policy

At Royal Eagle Tourism LLC, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to modify or cancel your booking. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

1. Tour/Activity Cancellations by You (the Customer):

We offer varying levels of refunds depending on how far in advance you cancel your booking:

  • 5 days or more before the scheduled departure date: Full refund (100%) of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 5 days before the scheduled departure date: No refund (0%).

Important Notes Regarding Customer Cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hi@royaleagletours.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
  • The cancellation date will be determined by the date we receive your written cancellation request.
  • Certain tours or activities may have different cancellation policies due to specific supplier agreements. These exceptions will be clearly stated in the tour/activity description on our website and in your booking confirmation.
  • Non-refundable components of your booking (e.g., certain pre-booked tickets, permits, etc.) will not be refunded, regardless of when you cancel.

2. Tour/Activity Cancellations by Us (Royal Eagle Tourism LLC):

In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Insufficient bookings
  • Weather conditions making the activity unsafe
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability)
  • Supplier cancellations

We will offer you the following options:

  • A full refund of the total booking amount.
  • The option to reschedule your tour/activity for a later date (subject to availability).
  • The option to choose an alternative tour/activity of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).

3. Refunds Process:

  • Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will initiate the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Amendments/Changes to Bookings:

  • Requests to amend or change your booking (e.g., date changes, changes in the number of participants) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
