It will initially support up to 20,000 visas during the three-month pilot period. Under the program, eligible travelers can receive their UAE entry visa without an additional visa cost. However, travellers must meet specific booking and travel requirements.
The offer targets Indian passport holders departing from India. Travellers must also book their holiday through an eligible travel partner or online travel agency. The qualifying holiday must include at least three consecutive nights in an Abu Dhabi hotel. Travellers must also have a return flight from India. The offer does not apply to independent visa applications. Therefore, travellers should confirm eligibility before finalising their holiday arrangements.

Travel partners can also continue using their existing destination management companies. Under that arrangement, DCT Abu Dhabi provides reimbursement for each qualifying visa. This system gives participating travel companies more flexibility when arranging visitor visas.
The hotel requirement remains an important part of the program. Travellers must book at least three consecutive nights in an Abu Dhabi hotel. Visitors should check their hotel booking carefully before completing the visa process. The stay must form part of a qualifying holiday arrangement.
